The company emerged from a start-up that was founded by a group of four ambitious computer and communication engineers in June 1989. The company adapting to the business environment changes and market demand has quickly grew to become a well known establishment in its field, known for its ambition, originality, credibility, dedication, and perseverance.
EDM provides a full spectrum of information technology products and services and it is divided into four major divisions:
   • Computer Solutions Division.
   • Software Division.
   • Electronics Division / Vehicle Tracking Division.
   • Wholesale Distribution Division.

EDM, registered in Beirut since 1990, is a limited liability company with a registration number 60753. The company head office is located in Tallet Al-Khayat, Beirut.

EDM staff counts 42 persons:
   • 9 engineers
   • 5 senior technicians
   • 12 qualified technicians
   • 7 sales executives
   • 9 delivery, secretarial jobs, accounting, and administrative.
